he bicentennial birth anniversary of our foundress, Ven. Mother veronica was inaugurated in our school on 1st October, 2022. It was on this day,200 years ago, a star kissed the earth that would bring forth the Congregation of the Carmelite Religious. This noble child, Sophie Leeves was born to a devout Anglican family, Henry Daniel Leeves and Marina Haultain on Oct 1st,1823. As per God’s wonderful design, she embraced the Catholic faith, consecrated herself as a religious nun and hearkened to the call , “I want you in Carmel”. To Commemorate this great event, ‘Foundress day’ was celebrated in our school campus on the 16th of Nov, 2023.

A play depicting the life and mission of Ven. Mother Veronica was being staged in the school auditorium by the teachers and students of all the sections. To mark this event on a grand scale, various competitions were conducted for all the students of the school.
