Teacher is a nation builder. They help in shaping the minds and lives of young generation to be better citizens of tomorrow. To honour their immense contribution, the birthday of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan is celebrated as Teachers’ Day.

On this day, St. Michael’s Convent School celebrate the Teachers’ day with great zeal and enthusiasm. It is celebrated with heartfelt gratitude, reflection and admiration. The program commenced with a prayer dance followed by the lighting of the lamp and then invoking God’s presence. A warm welcome, inspiring speeches, songs and lively dances filled the day with joy.

The management organized a special programme in the evening for teachers, where various games and boat trips were organized near kali river garden and gifts were presented to all our dedicated staff. The whole event was so well planned. The entire program was applauded by everyone present and will always remain a beautiful memory in the hearts of one and all present.
